What can really escape a Black hole?

We know that our Universe is full of surprises, it is expanding with a humongous number of galaxies, a number of clusters, a number of stars, a number of planets, a number of giants but still that doesn't make our universe worthy. By worthy I mean complex, the big bang in the past is a complex notion and what we have today is more of the dark side candidate. Black hole is no doubt one of the most beloved concepts in astrophysics. The thing about black holes is that we seem to know a lot about them, there are a number of research papers publishing to enhance understanding. But literally, there is no physicist who can teach you what's inside a black hole. It is because we really don't know. But at present, the question is what can really escape its immense gravitational force. We know that even light cannot escape that beast. So what is it? is there something with some special ability to escape the black hole.

Hawking worked a lot on black holes and he is known for one of his discoveries that black holes actually radiate energy known as Hawking tradition. It is one of the most bizarre features of a black hole other than it's a black hole! Physical insight into the process may be gained by imagining that particle-antiparticle radiation is emitted from just beyond the event horizon. This radiation does not come directly from the black hole itself, but rather is a result of virtual particles being "boosted" by the black hole's gravitation into becoming real particles. As the particle-antiparticle pair was produced by the black hole's gravitational energy, the escape of one of the particles lowers the mass of the black hole.

Knowing that there exist hawking radiations which goes with the conservation of energy, Black holes evaporate. The change accumulates on the surface of a black hole which is more of an inner horizon. The inner horizon is a depiction of charged particles surrounding the black hole. The Blackhole evaporates to a point where the state saturate. Now the question is what happens next because "stop emitting and sits there" is not true nature. It is believed that to maintain the equilibrium with the laws of nature, or just to conserve energy, charge, and matter. The black hole splits into two BH1 and BH2. Here one is charged and other smaller black hole carry more charge.
